Summary

This study tested two different ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to see which provides better pain relief after breast removal surgery (mastectomy) in 88 women aged 40-65. The blocks are numbing injections near the chest muscles or spine. Researchers measured pain levels and the need for extra painkillers over the first 24 hours after surgery.
