Which revision surgery works best for regained weight after gastric bypass?

Summary
This study looks at 150 adults who regained weight or didn't lose enough after a previous gastric bypass. They will be randomly assigned to one of two types of revision surgery (distal gastric bypass). The goal is to see which surgery leads to more weight loss and fewer side effects like diarrhea or malnutrition. Participants will be followed for 3 years.
