Head-to-Head test: which artificial neck disc works better?

NCT ID NCT05701059

Summary

This study aims to compare two different, already FDA-approved, artificial discs used to replace a damaged disc in the neck. The goal is to see which design—one with more constrained movement versus one with less—leads to better outcomes for patients with neck pain and nerve problems. About 20 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two implants and will be followed for about a year and a half to measure their neck motion, pain levels, and overall quality of life.
