NCT ID NCT05701059

First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study compares two FDA-approved artificial disc implants (Mobi-C and Simplify) used in neck surgery for conditions like herniated discs or pinched nerves. About 20 adults aged 18-60 who haven't improved with non-surgical care will be randomly assigned to receive one of the implants. Researchers will measure neck movement, pain, disability, and quality of life before surgery and at 3, 6, and 12 months after.
