Summary

This study looks at different treatments for early missed abortion, where a pregnancy stops developing but the body doesn't expel the tissue. Researchers will compare surgery and medication, and also test if adding estrogen helps. The goal is to find the safest and most effective approach, with fewer complications like infection or scarring. About 580 women aged 18-40 will take part.
