Summary
This study looks at different ways to treat early missed abortion, where a pregnancy stops developing but doesn't pass naturally. Researchers will compare surgery and medication to see which works best and causes fewer side effects. They will also test if adding estrogen helps. The goal is to find the safest and most effective treatment for 580 women aged 18-40.
