Summary

This study compares two types of talk therapy—exposure therapy and interpersonal therapy—for treating PTSD caused by military sexual trauma. About 208 survivors will be randomly assigned to one of the two therapies to see if they are equally effective. The goal is to offer more treatment options so more people can recover.
