First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study compares two drugs, telitacicept and belimumab, for people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a chronic autoimmune disease. Researchers want to see which drug better controls lupus symptoms and kidney problems. About 180 adults aged 18-65 will choose their treatment with their doctor. This is an observational study, meaning no one is assigned a drug—patients pick based on their needs.
