Summary
This study aims to learn which of three standard procedures works best for treating stomach blockages caused by pancreatic cancer. Researchers will observe 250 patients who receive either surgery, an internal metal stent, or a newer endoscopic bypass procedure. They will compare how well patients can eat, tolerate chemotherapy, and maintain their weight and quality of life after each treatment.
