Summary
This study looks at two ways to give sedation medicine to children aged 5-10 who are on breathing machines for pneumonia. One method gives medicine continuously, the other pauses it daily. The goal is to see which approach keeps children more comfortable and safe. About 96 children will take part, and their comfort will be checked every 6 hours for 3 days.
