Which radiation dose is kinder? new trial aims to reduce sexual side effects in endometrial cancer survivors

Summary

This study compares two standard radiation treatments for early stage endometrial cancer to see which causes less sexual dysfunction. About 258 women who have had surgery will receive either 3 or 6 sessions of vaginal brachytherapy. The goal is to find which dose schedule better preserves sexual function and quality of life.
