First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study compares two types of talk therapy—exposure therapy and interpersonal therapy—for PTSD caused by military sexual trauma. About 208 survivors will receive one of the two treatments to see if they are equally effective at reducing PTSD symptoms. The goal is to offer more effective treatment options for as many people as possible.
