Prostate surgery showdown: which technique gets you home faster?

Summary
This study compares three different surgical methods for treating an enlarged prostate (over 80 grams) that causes urinary problems. The goal is to see which technique is safest and allows men to have their urinary catheter removed the soonest. About 105 men will be randomly assigned to one of the three procedures and followed for at least one year.
