Summary
This study tested two different methods (paracoracoid vs. costoclavicular) for placing tiny catheters near nerves to deliver pain medicine after hand surgery. 140 adults having outpatient hand surgery took part. The goal was to see which approach provides better numbness and pain relief, helping patients recover more comfortably at home.
