First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares two types of root canal sealers—resin-based and bioceramic—to see which causes less pain after treatment. About 180 adults with infected single-root teeth will be randomly assigned to one sealer. Pain levels are measured 24 and 48 hours later using a simple 0-10 scale. The goal is to find a sealer that reduces post-procedure discomfort.
