New heart test could better spot dangerous blockages

Summary
This study looks at 50 people with partially blocked heart arteries to see if a new measurement method (NTG-Pd/Pa) works better than the standard saline method for diagnosing blockages. Participants will have both tests along with the usual FFR test. The goal is to find which method gives clearer results to help doctors decide on treatment.
