Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after open-heart surgery. It will compare two different nerve-block techniques, where medication is injected near nerves to numb the chest area. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief with less need for strong opioid painkillers, helping 50 patients recover more comfortably.
