NCT ID NCT06392074
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested a new biosimilar drug called MB04 against the approved drug Enbrel in 141 healthy men. The goal was to see if the body processes MB04 the same way as Enbrel, and to check for side effects. Participants received a single dose of each drug in a random order, and researchers measured drug levels in the blood over time. This was a safety and similarity study, not a treatment for any disease.
