First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at 150 women with intermediate- or high-risk endometrial cancer to compare two levels of lymph node removal during surgery: high versus low para-aortic lymphadenectomy. The goal was to see which approach gives better information about cancer spread and helps guide treatment. Results focus on how many lymph nodes were removed and long-term survival.
