Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common drugs works better to prevent dangerous spikes in heart rate and blood pressure when a breathing tube is placed for gallbladder surgery. Researchers will compare labetalol and lignocaine in 116 patients having this common operation. The goal is to help doctors choose the safest option to keep patients' hearts stable during surgery.
