First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study compared two at-home colorectal cancer screening tests (FIT and Cologuard) in over 5,000 patients from community health centers who were overdue for screening. The goal was to see which test more people completed and which was more practical in that setting. Participants received a test by mail and returned it by mail. Results will help improve screening rates and reduce racial/ethnic disparities.
