Head-to-Head vaccine showdown: which COVID shot builds better immunity?
NCT ID NCT07287137
Summary
This study aims to directly compare how well two different FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines (Novavax and Pfizer) trigger immune responses and what side effects they cause. It will enroll 54 adults aged 18-79 who have certain health conditions that put them at higher risk for severe COVID-19. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two vaccines, and researchers will measure their antibody levels one month later and follow them for nine months online.
