Researchers test which exercise challenge best reveals hidden concussion symptoms in young athletes
NCT ID NCT06276660
Summary
This study compares two different exercise tests used to assess recovery in teenagers with recent sports concussions. Researchers want to see if a newer test that involves changing direction causes different symptoms than a standard treadmill test. About 60 teens aged 14-17 will be randomly assigned to complete one of the tests during a single clinic visit to help doctors better understand concussion recovery.
