First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looked at three different ways to treat recent back or neck pain (less than 3 months) in over 3,000 adults. It compared usual care from a primary doctor with two other care models: one that coordinates and enhances decision-making, and another that uses individualized posture therapy. The goal was to see which approach lowers healthcare costs and improves pain and function over one year.
