Heart artery showdown: which balloon works best for tiny vessels?

Summary

This study compares two types of drug-coated balloon catheters to treat narrowed small arteries in the heart. About 180 adults with coronary artery disease will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two balloons. The goal is to see which device better prevents the need for repeat procedures, heart attacks, or heart-related death.
