Scientists test which method best measures your Back's flexibility

NCT ID NCT01909258

Summary

This study aimed to compare three different ways to measure how much the pelvis can tilt backward (extension) in healthy volunteers. Researchers tested 120 people without back problems using a hands-on clinical exam, photography, and a specialized low-dose X-ray system called EOS. The goal was to see which method was most reliable and consistent for measuring this type of spinal movement.
