NCT ID NCT07298954
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares three ways of doing a specialized blood test (adrenal vein sampling) to help doctors decide the best treatment for people with primary aldosteronism, a condition causing high blood pressure due to adrenal gland issues. About 456 adults aged 18-70 with this condition will be randomly assigned to one of the three testing methods. The goal is to see which approach leads to the best recovery of normal blood pressure and hormone levels after treatment.
