Yoga vs. therapy: which works better for depression?

Summary

This study compares two online treatments for depression: group yoga and a type of behavior therapy called Brief Behavioral Activation (BA). About 518 adults with depression symptoms will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups for 12 weeks. Researchers will track mood changes using a standard questionnaire to see which approach works better.
