NCT ID NCT07400081
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a community-based programme can improve well-being and reduce loneliness in adults aged 55 and older who have mild depression symptoms. 300 participants will be randomly assigned to either an 8-week programme of well-being sessions and follow-up support, or a control group that receives the programme later. The goal is to see if this low-cost, social approach can help older adults feel better mentally.
