Summary
This study looks at whether a virtual, community-based program combining music and mindfulness can help People of African Descent manage stress, anxiety, and depression during COVID-19. About 48 participants aged 16 and older will take part. Researchers will measure brain activity and feelings of social connection to understand how music affects stress.
