Summary

This study aims to see if specially trained community health workers can help more people get screened for lung cancer. The workers will reach out to eligible patients, help them understand screening, offer smoking cessation support, and assist with scheduling. The goal is to find a better way to connect people with this potentially life-saving test and reduce deaths from lung cancer.
