Summary

This study tests a program where trained community health workers help head and neck cancer patients who first went to the emergency room. The goal is to see if this support can reduce delays in getting diagnosed and starting treatment. About 24 adults will take part, and their results will be compared to similar patients from the past. The program focuses on overcoming barriers like transportation, insurance, or housing issues.
