Summary
This study aimed to see if training and paying residents as Community Health Ambassadors could help more people in Boston public housing get primary care visits and screenings for diabetes and high blood pressure. The ambassadors would run workshops and connect their neighbors to doctors, health centers, and other local resources. The study was planned but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
