Summary
This study tests whether a supervised exercise and nutrition program in the community is practical and helpful for cancer survivors. The goal is to see if it improves their confidence, physical fitness, and quality of life. About 150 cancer survivors or their caregivers will take part in a 12-week program. The results will show if this kind of program is something survivors can stick with and benefit from.
