Summary

This study tests whether community health workers can increase COVID-19 and flu vaccination rates among 800 adults with chronic illnesses. Participants are recruited from health centers and must be 18 or older, speak English or Spanish, and not be up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccine. The study compares vaccine acceptance and uptake between those who receive the community care intervention and those who do not.
