Summary

This study looks at whether trained community health workers can effectively screen and manage chronic diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes in rural Lesotho. About 17,500 adults will take part, with health workers using simple tools and eHealth apps to monitor and refer patients. The goal is to improve disease detection, treatment, and long-term control in areas with limited access to clinics.
