Summary
This study tested whether a comics-making workshop, combined with trauma education and body-awareness exercises, could improve resilience and reduce stress in community care workers. Thirteen caregivers from the Inland Empire in California took part. The goal was to see if this creative approach could help those who care for others also care for themselves.
