Summary
This study tests whether giving a nerve block (TAP block) during a C-section can lower the amount of opioid pain medication women need after surgery. It includes 120 women who have had multiple prior abdominal surgeries or C-sections. The goal is to improve pain control and reduce reliance on opioids.
