NCT ID NCT05779787

First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether placing a new heart valve without special alignment makes it easier for doctors to re-enter the coronary arteries later. About 100 people with severe aortic stenosis getting a TAVR will be randomly assigned to standard or aligned valve placement. The main goal is to see how often successful artery re-access happens.
