First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs—ofatumumab and daratumumab—can safely and effectively treat people with severe anti-NMDAR autoimmune encephalitis, a condition where the immune system attacks the brain. The drugs aim to eliminate the harmful immune cells producing the antibodies. The trial enrolls 200 participants aged 12 and older who have not responded well to standard treatments.
