New drug cocktail targets returning brain tumors

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide) in people whose glioblastoma brain tumor has come back after initial treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink the tumor or slow its growth. About 78 adults will take part, and the study involves surgery to measure the immune response in the tumor.
