First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a stronger dose of a targeted cancer pill (EGFR-TKI) combined with two other drugs for people with advanced lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and is no longer responding to standard treatment. About 30 adults will receive this combination to see if it can shrink the brain tumors and control the disease. The goal is to manage the cancer, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is needed.
