New drug combo may let some head and neck cancer patients skip radiation after surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and cetuximab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery is safe and effective for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can help patients avoid needing radiation therapy after their operation. About 40 adults with certain types of head and neck cancer will take part.
