First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two antiviral drugs, baloxavir and oseltamivir, can better treat severe flu in people who have had a stem cell transplant or have blood cancer. About 60 participants will receive the combo or standard care. The goal is to see if the combination reduces the amount of virus and prevents serious complications like long hospital stays.
