Summary
This phase 2 trial tested a combination of two oral drugs, RMC-4630 and sotorasib, in 47 adults with advanced KRASG12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that had progressed after standard treatments. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors. The study is now complete.
