Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (azacitidine, venetoclax, and gilteritinib) in people with certain blood cancers that have a FLT3 mutation. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo works better than standard treatments. The study includes adults whose cancer has returned or not responded to prior therapy, as well as some newly diagnosed patients.
