New hope for ovarian cancer: can COM701 delay relapse?

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called COM701 in people with ovarian cancer that came back after treatment but still responds to platinum chemotherapy. The goal is to see if COM701, given as a maintenance therapy every three weeks, can delay cancer progression longer than a placebo. About 60 participants will be monitored for side effects and how long they stay cancer-free before needing another treatment.
