New approach aims to control cancer while preserving quality of life

NCT ID NCT07213570

Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called regorafenib can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and returned after initial treatment. Researchers want to see if this less intensive approach can slow cancer growth while maintaining patients' quality of life better than standard second-line treatments. The trial will enroll 60 patients with specific genetic markers who responded well to their first treatment.
