Blood test guides cancer treatment in major trial
NCT ID NCT04776655
Summary
This study compares two different drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see if using a simple blood test to guide treatment decisions helps control cancer growth better. The trial will enroll 280 adults who haven't received chemotherapy for their metastatic cancer and will test whether switching treatments based on blood test results improves outcomes.
