Mailed test showdown: finding the best way to catch colon cancer early
NCT ID NCT05714644
Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to get more people screened for colorectal cancer in community health centers. Researchers mailed two different at-home screening tests (FIT and Cologuard) to over 5,000 patients who were overdue for their check. They compared which test people were more likely to complete and return, to help clinics improve their screening programs.
