Chemo after colorectal cancer surgery: necessary or not?

Summary

This study looks at whether additional chemotherapy is helpful for people with colorectal cancer who have already received chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy before surgery and whose cancer was found to be at an early stage after surgery. The goal is to see if skipping extra chemo affects the chance of the cancer coming back. The study will follow 650 participants over several years.
